TPU BALL |
| Description£º |
TPUs do not have quite the heat resistance and compression -set resistance of the thermoset type of polyurethanes but most other properties are similar. Thermoplastic polyurethanes come in a wide range of hardness grades. Among elastomers, urethanes have outstanding abrasion resistance, low temperature flexibility is good, oil resistance is excellent, and urethanes rank among the best for load -bearing capability. Additives can improve dimensional stability and heat resistance, reduce friction, and increase flame retardancy, fungus resistance, and weatherability. Urethanes are a reaction product of a di -isocyanate and long and short chain polyether, polyester, or caprolactone glycols. The polyether types are slightly more expensive and have better hydrolytic stability and low -temperature flexibility than the polyester types. However, mechanical properties of the polyester type are generally higher. The caprolactones offer a good compromise between the ether and ester types |

DELRIN Balls |
| Description£º |
DELRIN Balls (ACETAL RESIN - POM) is similar to nylon but slightly harder and denser. Recommended for applications where these properties and low water absorption are required. Balls made of these materials are often used for sliding fittings of tables and drawers, furniture bearings, rollers, valves and elec¬tronic components, sailing boat fittings. |

| Product Name£º |
Polypropylene Balls |
| Description£º |
Excellent chemical resistance, low specific weight (less than water) and the highest melting point of thermoplastics. It is an excellent electrical insulator and has a low dielectric constant coefficient. It is often used where the capacity to float on fluids in general is required. It is ideal for equipment used for blood transfusions, level indicators and deodorant roll -on sticks. It is highly resistant to chemical substances, such as acids, alcalis, alcohols and many inorganic substances, saline solutions, solvents, gasoline (petrol), water, oils, greases, detergent, fruit juices and milk. It is not resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorates. |

PVC |
| Description£º |
PVC is the most widely used member of the vinyl family. It is most commonly used in pipe and fittings. PVC offers excellent corrosion and weather resistance. It has a high strength -to -weight ratio and is a good electrical and thermal insulator. PVC is also self -extinguishing per UL flammability tests. PVC may be used to temperatures of 140¡ãF (60¡ã C). |
